Cyclone Computers is the original manufacturer of all Cyclone computer products sold in New Zealand since 1987. Cyclone will support any Cyclone PC or Server product that is branded and serial numbered, regardless of age or condition. Lifetime help desk support is available during normal business hours for any user of a Cyclone product.

Hours of coverage for all standard warranty service are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All Cyclone PC and Server products have a three year parts and labour warranty unless otherwise specified. External components such as monitors, printers, scanners etc carry the respective manufacturer's warranty.
We believe that service and reliability are the two most important buying criteria for PC and Server products and we strive to give the best service from any manufacturer in our market.

Terms & Conditions - Cyclone issues detailed terms and conditions to their warranty that are available on request. Normal exclusions include fair wear and tear over time, incorrect use of the products and returned goods being damaged through incorrect packing. Our goal is to create partnership with our clients and provide fair and equitable service without the need for legalistic procedures or rules. However if a warranty service request is carried out and subsequently the fault proves to be not covered by our warranty, normal service fees will be charged.

Cyclone Computers warranty does not cover the restoration of software in the event of a hardware failure; it is the end users responsibility to maintain suitable data backups. Cyclone Computers warranty also does not cover software support, or incompatibility issues arising from software or hardware installed after the original sale of the computer.

On Site Service - Cyclone Computers have three branches, Christchurch, Auckland and Wellington. Additional to this Cyclone Computers uses the services of various 3rd Party service agents to cover On-site services outside our branch office areas. These agents can also provide other services not covered by our warranties. ie. Installation, network configuration or support contracts etc. Onsite Service is limited to within 30 minutes driving time of a Service Agent, see the map below for a complete listing of covered service areas. Onsite service outside of these areas can be requested on a user pays basis. Exclusions of onsite service are keyboards and mice etc, which are swapped out without a site call. Desktop Computer Warranty - Cyclone Computers On-site Desktop Computer Warranty is based on a 4-hour telephone response time and a next business day, best effort, on-site response, once a call is logged at our help desk, by calling 0800-800-554. Server Warranty - Cyclone Computers On-site Server Warranty is based on a 4-hour telephone response time and an 8-hour on-site response, once a call is logged at our help desk, by calling 0800-800-554. Or 09-3582667 North Island and 03-338-6749 South Island.
Service Work or Upgrades to Servers are to be carried out by a Cyclone Computers Service Technicians or Cyclone Appointed Service Agents only.
