Since it’s inception in 2010 Cyclone has been a Panel Supplier for the AoG IT Hardware contract. During this time we have successfully met all service level agreement measures as a direct supplier. Currently we are a direct supplier for Apple, Microsoft Surface, Acer Chromebooks and the Lenovo family of products. We also supply many Participating Agencies with a range of other vendors including HP and Dell via the third party agreements – at the same price as the AoG schedule.
The Generation 2 contract has enabled us to extend the range of hardware and services that we are able to offer participating agencies (PAs) to now include Apple Macs, MacBooks and iPads, Microsoft Surface devices, Acer Chromebooks, the full range of Lenovo desktops, mobiles and Chromebooks and also Intel thin client solutions.
Full technical support is also available around imaging, deployment and decommissioning.
Of special significance, the new contract has enabled Cyclone to provide AoG agencies value added services including professional learning/training in each of Apple (OS and iOS), Microsoft (Windows and O365) and Google eco systems. Our specialised training staff members look forward to working alongside your staff, country-wide.
AoG has enabled Cyclone to offer our Schools Google Solution to the education sector. This includes the device procurement, the Google Management Console, and the Google Whiteglove Service (ie touch less deployment). This combined with professional development to address the educational purpose and consequent improved learning outcomes.
We look forward to assisting agencies to consider the options around the new AoG contract, discussing the advantages and assisting agencies embrace the programme.
