Who can order from this website?

This Cyclone website is a procurement site for customers that we work in partnership with.


If you are a contracted AoG Participating Agency, educational institution or commercial customer and would like to access your pricing, create quotes and process orders via this site, please click here to login or here to register.


For students that have a managed Student Owned Device Program with your institution, please select your institution from the drop down list on this page and enter the code that has been issued by your institution.


For staff that have a managed Staff Purchase Program within your institution, please select your institution from the drop down list on this page and enter your code that has been issued by your institution.

How do I place a new order?

Once logged in all you have to do is go to your desired product and click “add product to cart”.  Doing this will add that item to your shopping cart.  From there, you can either continue shopping or “proceed to checkout”.  Once you have chosen all the products that you wish to purchase, just click on the “check out” button.

What method of payments are accepted?

Credit Card – cyclone.co.nz utilises a secure payment gateway for Visa and MasterCard credit card payments which is endorsed by our bank, Westpac. Your credit card details are not kept on file by cyclone.co.nz or any other affiliated parties. If paying by credit card you will be charged in full at the time of placing your order. This does not guarantee immediate shipment of your order. Please note that there is a 1.9% Merchant Card Fee added to your credit card payment.


Internet Direct Credit – This is our preferred method of payment. If you select ‘Internet Direct Credit’ as the payment option, then you will be prompted with details of our bank account information and a reference number for you to add to the payment information. You are then able to use your own online banking facility to make the payment right away. Once we have confirmed receipt of the payment (usually next business day) then we can process your order immediately.


Q Card Finance – You can now use your Q Card to make online purchase at cyclone.co.nz and receive at least 3 months no payments and no interest (Payment Holiday) on your purchase. Purchases from cyclone.co.nz will be on your Q EFTPOS Plan. Please click on this link for full Q Card Terms and Conditions or click on this link for information on how to apply for a Q Card.


Payment must be made, or finance must be finalised prior to delivery of your order, unless we agree otherwise in writing at the time of placing the order. Where an institution has an established Cyclone Account orders will be charged against that account.

If I am paying by cheque or direct debit, how long do I have to pay my goods?

Your order will be cancelled if payment has not been received within 7 days of the placing of your order online.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled within 14 days (before opening/using goods).  If you have paid by credit card, or the product has been shipped, cancellation fees may apply.  Please contact Cyclone Computers for more information.

Can I return a product?

Right of Return. If you are unhappy with any product* you have purchased from us, you may at anytime, within 14 days of the shipment date to you, return the product to us for a full refund (less any associated freight charges incurred by us), providing; the product is unopened and in original saleable condition; and the product is accompanied by an RMA number issued by us.


Faulty Returns. Goods will only be accepted if the product concerned is deemed to be faulty by Cyclone and is accompanied by an RMA number issued by us.
*As a result of the copyright laws a refund or exchange is only available for software purchases if the product is defective.

Can I obtain NZ All of Government pricing?

If your institution is an approved Participating Agency then the AOG pricing is available to your institution. Please call Cyclone on 0800 686 686 to confirm your eligibility.
