Eligibility
Prize giveaways are only open to registered organisations operating within Aotearoa New Zealand.

Individual employees may not claim the prize for personal use. The prize must be accepted on behalf of the organisation.

Prize Details
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. The prize must be used in accordance with the recipient organisation’s internal policies.

Organisational Compliance
By accepting the prize, the organisation confirms that:
– It is authorised to receive the prize under its internal policies.
– Acceptance of the prize does not violate any internal codes of conduct, ethics policies or legal obligations.
– Any necessary internal approvals (e.g., from compliance, legal or procurement departments) have been obtained.

Winner Selection
The winning organisation will be selected via random draw.
The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification and Acceptance
The winning organisation will be notified via email. If the organisation does not respond within 48hours, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another eligible organisation.

Publicity
By accepting the prize, the organisation agrees to allow Cyclone Computer Company Ltd to use its name and logo for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Liability
Cyclone Computer Company ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize.

The organisation assumes all responsibility for ensuring compliance with its own policies and any applicable laws.

Data Protection
Any data collected during the giveaway will be handled in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act.
