Planning Essentials
Planning Essentials is a 3-hour workshop to engage school leadership teams in planning and accelerating asuccessful deployment with Apple.
Overview
Planning Essentials is a workshop with school leadership teams to help them formulate their technology vision and align it to their school’s mission.
It provides schools with a tailored project deployment plan for successful implementation of Apple technology.
Planning Essentials can be delivered in-person or virtually. It can be delivered to a single account on-site or as a cluster workshop with multiple accounts.
Workshop Experience
You will experience:
- Vision assessment and goal setting
- Technology implementation and management plan
- Staff and student capacity building plan
- Learning environment needs and expectations analysis.
- Stakeholder vamping and communication planning
- Consultancy on change management principles and approaches
Who should attend
Your project will affect a trio of leaders from your school the most. The teams should consist of a principal, a curriculum coordinator, and an IT manager (or similar roles).
