The Mac Accelerator professional service aims to solve this for organisations that are serious about streamlining the management of their Apple devices, especially their Macs.
Speed up the integration of Macs
The aim of the ten day Mac Accelerator engagement is to deploy a best practice proof of concept environment that will allow your organisation to trial the end to end experience of Apple’s zero touch deployment. Starting with Apple School Manager (ASM) or Apple Business Manager (ABM) and utilising Apple’s Automated Device Enrolment integration with popular MDMs such as Jamf and Intune, Cyclone’s experienced Apple Practice Team will build a fully functioning environment with optional integration into your Identity Provider (IdP) and productivity suite.
With built in support days and a focus on helping your internal IT team understand the concepts behind best practice Apple management, this engagement will equip your organisation to truly experience first-hand how effectively Mac can work in your environment.

Key Activities
- An initial discovery phase to understand how Apple is managed currently inside your organisation, followed by a strategic planning session to establish clear success criteria for the proof of concept
- Checking internal network access and making recommendations for changes to improve the Apple device experience in your organisation’s environment
- Designing and building a Mac environment based on Apple’s best practice guidelines with integration from ASM/ABM and your MDM, with common security and compliance configurations
- Optional: integration with your IdP and Productivity suite
- A training and handover stage for your internal IT team to understand the concepts behind the proof of concept
- Three days of support during your trial period (typically around 6 weeks)
