The Inspire Innovation program is crafted with the goal of boosting teacher effectiveness, fostering growth within schools, and ensuring that technology investments yield positive outcomes. Its primary objective is to establish model practices where educational experiences are enriched through the integration of Apple Technology, thus empowering educational institutions to become influential hubs of learning.
A specialist in Apple professional learning collaborates with the school’s leadership team to articulate a vision, identify key areas for development, and select 4-5 teachers to participate in ongoing coaching sessions supplemented with uplifting support.
The Learning Technologies Survey serves as a tool to capture initial and post-support data, enabling the monitoring and evaluation of progress in teacher innovation.

Target Account Profile
The selected schools should already have a 1:1 iPad or Mac program in place and should be recognized as Lighthouses, with leaders who are eager to foster innovation throughout their institution and prepare to meet the criteria for Apple Distinguished Schools.

- Leadership support and willingness to commit to the programme
- IT infrastructure capable of supporting innovation
- Identified educators willing to learn, share and be supportive of innovative practices
- Teachers and students learning in an established iPad or Mac one-to-one program
- Select no more than 5 teaching staff to participate
- Support staff through time release where appropriate

Support leadership teams with workshops and
coaching experiences to develop a shared vision, set goals, build capacity and develop a school culture to enable technology-inspired change across their organization.
Local Support Team
Build capacity in schools through equipping teacher and student champions with the skills and resources to serve as in house skills consultants in the use of Apple devices and apps for learning and teaching.
Measuring Impact
Support schools to conduct research to gather data and measure the impact of technology on learning and
teaching in their context. Determine areas of strength and areas that need further support and development.
